Optimistic Views
Well I know this is early and doesn't have to do anything with having a job or anything, but this post is just a little hopeful thought of the day. I hope those Mayans were off by a little and the world ends before finals that would be exceedingly helpful and cool Sincerely a student taking 7 classes in total and 4 of them are AP's

Lumberjack
The job of being a Lumberjack has crossed my mind a few times. One of my friends is a lumberjack and he recommended it to me. He said he could take me one day and show me the ropes, but the lumberjack place ended up being really far away so I couldn't go. Then a couple of weeks ago, someone said I could be a lumberjack and it reminded me of this whole thing. The friend of mine who is the lumberjack said that lumberjacking is a fun job that pays well and doesn't require too much brain power, just strength, so it sounds like a perfect job for those days of feeling lazy and not wanting to do mental work. Another advantage of lumberjacking is that when you get home at the end of the day, that's it. It doesn't bother you anymore until the next day, but for some other jobs, they stay on your mind for the whole day because they require your brain. The idea of getting home and just being able to relax and not worry about work anymore is very appealing, because I hate getting home and having to worry about school the next day.

Paintball field owner
Recently, I have been putting a lot of consideration in to owning my own paintball field. It would be amazing. It would be quite costly to start off with, but I believe with time it could become quite a prosperous career. I would start by buying a nice big plot of land either in the woods or just a big open dried up field with nothing on it. If it is in the forest then I would have to clear some of the trees, but i would keep a lot of them for natural cover. Then i would add some barriers, and at least one trashed car, take off the wheels, remove the windows, and doors, and it could a REALLY cool "hideout" or barrier, or something cool, maybe a "hill for king of the hill game type, first team to have at least one man/woman on top of the car for at least 3 minutes wins. And maybe use the torn off doors for the Juggernaut in a escort game type, each team gets one player who has a door as a shield and the goal is to get the Juggernaut to the other team's original spawn spot, ALIVE, if he gets shot then they lose. There would also be the cost of buying mass quantities of paintball guns. I would also have to get A LOT of paintballs. I'd also have to hire employees to work the snack shack, and also to help referee. And now for possibly the most expensive part, insurance, I'd have to get insurance, and insurance for paintball fields is lethal. In the eyes of a civilian, "hey yeah, a fun weekend thing" but in the eyes of insurance company "oh god they are shooting each other with guns!!!!" I would also want to add a multi-story building somewhere in the middle of the field which could also be used as a "hill" for king of the hill, or just used for a buildingey stuff. After much more thought this would be an ideal job, but in all reality it's probably just a fantasy job.

being a student
My mom has always said that my job for now is to be a student and to get the best grades that I can. I always ignored it and never saw the relevance. Yesterday at the insurance company, I saw that good grades help make money, well less negative money to be more precise. The cost of drivers insurance with "good student discount" is hundreds less than with out it. So getting good grades is effectively making hundreds of dollars.
So the plan is get good grades now and deal with the rest of life later. So far, it's a pretty good plan, as far as plans go. Deal with problems as they occur rather than thinking into the future for problems that may or may not happen, AND dealing with problems in the moment add the human element, it proves who someone really is, you don't have time in advance to think up an answer, it's up to you and your wit to get out the situation, and I like that. Making people think on their feet proves who's a phony and who's not. However, this plan does have a few disadvantages such as last minute cramming when you only deal with present problems instead of thinking of potential future problems. So yeah, moral of the story; there is no such thing as a perfect plan and most things have to be improved and can't be planned for.

Blog #1
Step 1 make a blog
Step 2 write in it
Woah woah there now that's just too much, that's like asking a snail to go slow. How could he expect such a job of us?!?! Okay, but in all seriousness, this is pretty cool(for now). "Talk about a job or college course course that you might be considering in the future." Well what job could possibly require such amazing skills such as the ability to solve a 5x5x5 Rubik's cube, being ADHD, or being really loud at times? A paintball referee of course. So I have considered being a paintball referee, but that seems more like a cool weekend job, not much doing on the weekdays and I doubt that's where the "Big Bucks" are.
What other prospects come to mind when people say "What do you want to be when you grow up?"
Well I'll tell you absolutely nothing, I usually respond with something like "I'm 16, I don't have to think about the rest of my life till the rest of my life, I can't even guarantee that I'll live long enough to grow up." People usually take that as though it was the most surprising thing they've heard in their life. I can totally see it in their thoughts "Hey this kid is 16, he's supposed to have his whole life planned out and memorized like the back of his hands."
When I think of what I could be as an adult, I never think of much, I'm a math/science type of guy, that means I'm going to be an engineer when I grow up. I am loud, and I like leading that means I could be a CEO, or a politician, or a leader in the military. I am planning to major in engineering and minor in business, or public speaking, or something like that, but as previously stated, I'm 16, I don't have to have everything planned out, and it's VERY likely to change. So at this point it looks like I'm could be CEO of my own engineering business, and that sounds pretty good, now the next step is getting there.
